We are looking for a proactive and experienced Electronics Laboratory Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing electrical test plans for prototype products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining the operational integrity of laboratory equipment. This role is critical in supporting product development through rigorous testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
You will join our R&D Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy) and lead the development and execution of electrical test plans for prototype and power electronics. In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety and EMC/EMI standards, support design validation, and maintain laboratory efficiency. This role requires deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in electrical design, testing, and compliance.

What you should bring:
We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €45,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
