Oversees and manages the quality and regulatory compliance of the Clinical and Pathology Laboratories.  Responsible for the development, administration, and oversight of a comprehensive quality system within the laboratory.  Responsible for developing and administering a comprehensive program for waived category testing that is performed at the point of care.  Acts as a liaison and link between the Laboratory and the Hospital Quality Plans.
