How you’ll contribute 

A Medical Technologist who excels in this role:

• Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring disease states.
• Follow standardized procedures and prepare patient samples for testing.
• Collect and analyze bodily fluids and substances for abnormalities, including blood samples for transfusions.
• Operates laboratory equipment safely and effectively.
• Analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits.
• Report and document finding according to organizational standards.
• Perform automated testing using computerized instruments and equipment and results.

• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in science. Additional requirements include:

• Medical Technologist licensure through ASCP or AMT (licensure must reflect education requirements.
