MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST - Hematology & Chemistry

Location: Singapore

We are a global pharmaceutical company based in Singapore Science Park, supporting clinical research and laboratory operations worldwide. 

Summarized Purpose:  
 
Performs routine and specialized laboratory testing in support of clinical and research operations. Reviews and interprets laboratory results while ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.

Essential Functions:

• Performs hematology, chemistry, coagulation, renal, lipid, and hormonal analyses using manual, automated, and microscopic methods.
• Reviews and evaluates laboratory data to identify significant findings, abnormalities, or trends.
• Ensures accuracy and reliability of laboratory results in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Supports clinical trial and research protocols through accurate testing and documentation.
• Maintains compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with laboratory administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications: 
 
Education and Experience:   

•  Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related science discipline required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Experience in Hematology and/or Chemistry testing is highly preferred.
• MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification is an advantage
