Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lab Scientist (Generalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to interpret test results and provide patient information.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California license as a Clinical Lab Scientist.
• ASCP or HEW certification required.
