Overnight shift from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend.

Job Description

The Medical Laboratory Technician plays a vital role in supporting laboratory operations, performing a variety of analyses on patient specimens. This position requires a strong commitment to quality control and adherence to laboratory standards, working collaboratively with a team to ensure accurate and timely test results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests in areas including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation.
• Perform quality control procedures and calibrations.
• Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with experienced permanent staff for support and guidance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Lab Science, Biomedical Science, or equivalent field.
• National Certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Proficient in laboratory techniques and operations.
