Medical Technologist

Schedule

This position requires evening shifts, every other weekend, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and night shifts, every other weekend, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will utilize CERNER documentation for accurate record-keeping and reporting. Your expertise will contribute to effective patient care by providing timely and accurate test results.

Perform and interpret automated/manual clinical lab tests (blood, fluids, tissue), manage quality control, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate, timely results. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. ASCP or equivalent registration preferred.
