With  the recent installation of a state-of-the-art Digital PET scanner, Lumus Imaging are currently looking for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our friendly professional team working in our medical imaging department at Knox Private Hospital.

Reporting to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor you will be working closely with the radiographers and radiologists across our Nuclear Medicine and PET departments.

This role woud suit would either an early career technologists looking for experience in a dynamic deparmtnet, or a technologist looking for more responsibility.

While a FT applicant is preferred, we are also open to the possibility of a Part Time applicant

To be successful:

• Commitment to the provision and promotion of quality health care within the confines of a multi-camera private practice setting
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted industry standard or above
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
• A recognised qualification in Nuclear Medicine
• AHPRA registration
• Current EPA license for Nuclear Medicine
• Experience in PET/CT and Siemens platforms will be an advantage
