We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, and Canning Vale & Jindalee!

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our new clinic in Balcatta. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children, brings great energy to their work, and wants to see the difference they make every single day.

At AIM Therapy, our Speechies are truly supported to shine. You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming multidisciplinary team that loves sharing ideas, learning together, and celebrating wins (big and small!). There’s plenty of space to be creative in your sessions, ongoing support to grow your clinical skills, and the time you need to build genuine, meaningful connections with children and their families.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day

  • Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
  • Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
  • Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
  • Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
  • Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

Qualifications

About you:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A valid Working With Children Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids & families
  • The ability to work independently, while also being a great team player
