Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) � Skilled Nursing, Rehab & Respiratory Care | Kingston of Miamisburg, OH

Kingston of Miamisburg is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and respiratory care team. In this role, you�ll help residents improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function while working closely with an interdisciplinary team in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Responsibilities � What You�ll Do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on resident needs and recovery goals

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to maximize function and safety

• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately in the EHR system

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists for holistic care

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies, safe swallowing, and communication support

• Ensure all therapy services comply with Ohio regulations and Kingston�s standards of care

Qualifications � What You Bring

• Active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required

• Master�s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or respiratory care preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
