Kingston of Miamisburg is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and respiratory care team. In this role, you�ll help residents improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function while working closely with an interdisciplinary team in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
Develop personalized treatment plans based on resident needs and recovery goals
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to maximize function and safety
Document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately in the EHR system
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists for holistic care
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy strategies, safe swallowing, and communication support
Ensure all therapy services comply with Ohio regulations and Kingston�s standards of care
Active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
Master�s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or respiratory care preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
