Validation Laboratory Supervisor

Your Contribution:

The Validation supervisor oversees all test lab operations consisting of technical issues, customer issues, resource planning, budget planning and adherence, and personnel issues. Directly manages a team of test engineers who are primarily responsible for supporting test equipment, testing operations, calibration, and data quality. Provides oversight and guidance related to all validation activities. Provides consultation to engineering customers who require guidance with respect to product testing. 

• Compliance with EH&S guidelines: PPE, required training.
• Coordinate the test schedule.
• Meet and have records of PM and calibration.
• Keep track of monthly KPI’s.
• Manage customer relations: requests, complaints, etc.
• Manage, keep track of the laboratory spending.
• Other duties and responsabilities may be required. 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.         
• 5+ years in similar position (Automotive Industry).
• Knowledge of quality management system IATF 16949 and environmental management system ISO 14001 & SAP is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
• Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Legal requirements compliance experience (LFT, IMSS, ISR, STPS and EHS) is preferred.
