Job Summary
The lab manager main responsibilities will include working with Principal Investigators (PIs) to establish and implement written policies and protocols for the day-to-day operation of the core facilities, cleanroom and machine shop. The core equipments include: Scanning Electron Microscope ( SEM ), X-ray diffraction equipment ( XRD ), Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer ( FTIR ), UV-Vis spectrometer, Hall effect system, Laser systems, DC and RF Sputtering system, LPCVD furnace, Mask aligner, Electronic instruments, Optical microscopes, Raman spectrometer, Thermal evaporator Lab Manager needs to conduct preventative maintenance and/or repair of equipment and to support and assist the PIs and graduate students in using the facilities. Lab manager will be trained for the above equipments but must show strong hands on tools and high motivation to learn.

Monday-Friday 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
