**Cytotechnologist – Cytology** **Schedule:** Shift: 5-8's, Monday to Friday **Assignment Details:** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 38 per week **Requirements:** - Graduate from an accredited school of cytotechnology or equivalent - Cytotechnologist CT (ASCP registration) is required - Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred - At least 2 years' experience as a Cytotechnologist - Ability to screen an average of 60-80 slides per day **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate technical skill in all aspects of cytology processing, preparation, and staining - Assist in specimen collection as requested - Maintain computerized patient records - Conduct molecular testing on PAP vials and grossing as part of the role
