Laboratory Engineer

To review the submitted request from customer as per test request form, test manual, SOP.
-
To Generate the test Report compiling test results from respective test departments and following client’s Requirement and test standard.

To Review the test report and upload in system for approval.

To confirm Pass/Fail data based on raw data as well as concerning department

To implement labware for reporting and feedback to client as required based on claimed
- To confirm the customer protocol using as update one.

To confirm update/agreed test methods and requirements are using in test report.

To confirm appropriate templates are using in test report.
-
To maintain and follow up the ISO 17025.

To follow all safety rules and protect self as required and instructed.
-
To follow all the rules and regulations of the laboratory.
-
To perform any other task assigned by the Team Leader/Physical Laboratory Manager/Analytical Manager.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering (in related field of work) or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing.
