Position Overview:
As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing laboratory tests and analyses to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will work with advanced laboratory equipment and collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and other specimen analyses
• Ensure accurate and timely test results in accordance with established protocols
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues as needed
• Review and verify test results, providing feedback and recommendations to healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory procedures and results
• Follow quality control and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advances in the field

Qualifications:

• ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic tests
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with healthcare professionals
