Registered Nurse Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The shift for this position is 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, with an alternate option of 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM. The role requires the nurse to work 1.5 weekends per month, with Memorial Day being non-mandatory.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse will be expected to utilize Meditech for documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Meditech.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
• Documentation of various immunizations and health screenings as specified.
