Registered Nurse - Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, with 1.5 weekends per month. Memorial Day is not mandatory.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients, supporting their medical needs and ensuring a safe environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with Meditech and possess the necessary credentials and health assessments for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in various medical settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in health assessments and screenings to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license for the state of practice.
• COVID-19 Vaccine required for onboarding.
• Additional required immunizations and health screenings include MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and a 2-Step PPD or IGRA.
• Experience with Meditech software is preferred.
• Completion of Trinity Professional Forms and Criminal Background Check is mandatory.
