Primarily scheduled for day shifts, consisting of 4-10 hour shifts, with alternating days/hours dependent on department needs. May include variable night coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience and must have completed phlebotomy training. Microbiology experience is preferred. Candidates must hold active Montana licensure and have experience with Epic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols.
• Conduct phlebotomy as needed for testing.
• Utilize Epic for data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
• Active Montana licensure.
• Phlebotomy training required.
• Microbiology experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic systems is required.
