Responsibilities
- Perform microscopic and macroscopic examination of tissues and specimens.
- Interpret laboratory test results and prepare detailed pathology reports.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in pathology and applicable medical technologies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements - Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pathology.
- Valid state medical license.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical pathology experience.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
