Speech Pathologist | Find Your Voice in an Employee-Owned Team
Locations: Unley or Elizabeth
Are you looking for a career that offers more than just a caseload?
In a sector filled with rapid change and corporate providers, Kudos Services stands apart. We are Australia’s first Employee-Controlled Mutual. We aren’t driven by external investors – we are shaped and led by clinicians just like you.
At Kudos, you aren't just an "SP" hitting billable targets. You are a member of a collective where your clinical expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your wellbeing is a priority.
Why Speech Pathologists Love Kudos:
- Collaborative Practice: Say goodbye to working in a silo. You’ll work daily alongside OTs, Developmental Educators, and experienced Clinical Leads. Joint assessments and integrated therapy aren't just encouraged - they’re how we work.
- Focus on Early Intervention: As a specialist provider in NDIS Early Childhood supports, we focus on the critical early years of development. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful, lifelong impact through evidence-based, play-based therapy that supports children and families to thrive.
- Mentorship That Moves You Forward: Access structured 1:1 supervision and clinical coaching from senior SPs who are invested in your specific areas of interest - whether that’s AAC, feeding, or social communication.
- The "Mutual" Advantage: Because we are employee-controlled, we reinvest our resources into better tools, better training, and better outcomes for our staff and our community.
What the Role Looks Like:
- Supporting children and young people to develop communication and mealtime skills in their natural environments.
- Working in partnership with families to build their capacity and celebrate every milestone.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and sharing your "Speechie" wisdom with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with time split between our hubs, community settings, and home‑based admin.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: A degree in Speech Pathology and a current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Passion: A genuine love for working with children and a "team-first" attitude.
- Drive: A current Driver’s Licence and a desire to deliver therapy where it matters most - in the community.
The Kudos Benefits:
- Competitive Salary + Salary Packaging: Maximise your take-home pay.
- Fleet Vehicles: No more using your own car for work visits.
- Professional Development: A generous allowance to help you stay at the top of your game.
- Stability & Support: The security of a well-established NDIS partner with a heart for its people.
