**Title:** Nursing Role – Rehabilitation **Schedule:** Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday - Friday Weekend rotation required **Assignment Details:** Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0 **Requirements:** - 10% Salary Placement fee - Salary range: $40-$44 - 35 hours per week **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. - Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation goals. **Compliance / Notes:** - Must comply with all applicable regulations and facility policies.
