Medical Technologist - Generalist
Schedule
This position offers a 7 on / 7 off schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts and three 12-hour shifts, from 12 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Thursday. Please note there may be occasional floating and shift coverage requirements.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Medical Technologist (MT) with strong generalist capabilities, including experience in Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank Serology, and Chemistry. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and hold an ASCP certification. This is a vital role in our laboratory team.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist
- Experience in Blood Bank
