Job Description
Marin Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lab Scientist (Generalist). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in conducting laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accurate results for patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests and analyses.
- Ensure the accuracy of test results, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Participate in quality control and assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with medical staff to interpret test results.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current California license as a Clinical Lab Scientist.
- Certification from ASCP or HEW is required.
